Afternoon dance at the county museum

HURLEYVILLE, NY — The second dance in the Hurleyville County Museum’s fall’s ballroom dance series will take place from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 12. Admission is $15 for couples, $8 singles and $3 for students. Light refreshments will be served.

The music at the dance will feature all the standard ballroom dances with emphasis on the fox-trot, waltz, swing, cha-cha and rumba. All persons who enjoy dancing or just want to see what it’s all about are encouraged to come regardless of their experience.

There will be one more Sunday afternoon dance this season, on December 10.
