‘Painting inside the Blue Line’

WOODBOURNE, NY — There will be an exhibit of drawings and paintings by Elise Hornbeck, Ann Higgins and Evelyn Porter at the Old Stone House at 282 Hasbrouck Road from Sunday, October 8 through Tuesday, November 7. There will be an opening reception on Sunday, October 8, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

All three artists live within the “Blue Line,” a surveyed perimeter around the Catskill Park. The trio of artists have lived in the area and been involved in the community and the arts for many years. Each has exhibited her work in numerous local venues as well as galleries throughout the country. Their work celebrates the beauty of the Catskills and is as diverse as the seasons and scenery that they paint and draw.

Gallery hours are 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
