Kids crafts, market goodies and quality handcrafted art

BETHEL, NY — This Sunday, September 24, the Harvest Festival at Bethel Woods will specialize in crafts made for the home, featuring wood carvings, handmade furniture, pottery and all kinds of decorative accessories and accents.

Musical entertainment this week will be provided by the Rausch Brothers. Mallachy McCourt will be on hand to sign books. Scarecrow voting has begun, and visitors can register their favorite choice at the welcome tent.

The children’s area, sponsored by Holiday Mountain Fun Park, will feature arts and crafts with Matt Sherman as well as activities with Sullivan County Child Care Council and Literacy Volunteers of Sullivan County.

The Harvest Festival is located at the corner of Hurd and West Shore Roads in Bethel, NY, across the road from the Woodstock monument. It takes place on Sundays through Columbus Day Weekend. Hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
