Local author wows critics with ‘Voodoo Heart.’

MILFORD, PA — Scott Snyder, author of “Voodoo Heart” and a weekend and summer resident of Shohola, PA will give a reading of short stories from his book at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday September 23 at Mill Run Booksellers, at The Upper Mill. Snyder will also be available to sign copies of his book.

The unusual collection of short stories was read by Stephen King, who said “Scott Snyder’s ‘Voodoo Heart’ just blew me away.” The book has also been praised by The New York Times Book Review.
