Creature feature at Callicoon Creek Park

CALLICOON, NY — There will be a menagerie of exotic animals this Sunday, August 20 at the Callicoon Farmers’ Market, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Callicoon Creek Park. The collection of animals on display will include an alpaca baby, llamas and a giant tortoise.

As usual, there will be music, lunch choices provided by Main Street restaurants and a children’s tent.

Other area markets are in Jeffersonville every Thursday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., in Liberty every Friday from 3:00 to 6:30 p.m., in Kauneonga Lake every Friday from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m. in Roscoe every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and in Barryville every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
