A very special sidewalk sale

HONESDALE, PA — Honesdale’s merchants will hold their 46th annual Street Festival & Sidewalk Sale Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 27, 28 and 29.

Browsing strollers can find antiques at The Collectibles Junction, Missing Pieces and Oui Three Antiques, gifts at shops including Morning Glory Gifts, Wallflower and The Crafters Village, and a large variety of other great products including clothing, electronics, appliances and sporting goods. There’ll be fresh produce on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Wayne County Farmers Market, located trackside in front of the Visitors Center, one block off Main Street. At the Fred Miller Pavilion on Thursday and Friday there will be live music, and on Saturday, entertainment by DJ Tom Emanski.

New at the festival this year will be “Hometown Hollywood Classics” on Saturday, starting with music at 7:00 p.m. followed by a full-length film at 8:30 p.m.
