Medieval dancing at the sanctuary

LAKE WALLENPAUPACK, PA — Lacawac Sanctuary will host Renaissance and Medieval dance lessons from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 6. Alice Smith-Goeke, dance teacher in the Society for Creative Anachronism, will guide participants step-by-step through some basic dances of the time period. There will also be some special dances that younger children will enjoy. Medieval costumes are welcome but not required. Partners are not necessary. Refreshments will be available.

Pre-registration is required by May 1. Donations of $5 from non-members and $3 from members are requested. People 12 and under are admitted for free.
