In a leisure article, “Adventure in Africa,” published in the January 19-25 issue of The River Reporter, the relationship between John and Kevin Correa was not clearly identified. John Correa is the assistant principal at Kenneth L. Rutherford Elementary School in Monticello and is the father of 15-year-old Sullivan West freshman, Kevin.

In a correction in that same paper, an inaccurate party affiliation was recorded. Stephen Barnes, supervisor for the Town of Highland, is a lifetime registered Conservative party member. He is also the chairman of the Conservative Party in the Town of Highland.
