Bluegrass rules at the sixth annual Winterfest EAST STROUDSBURG, PA—The Pocono Bluegrass and Folk Society will hold its sixth annual Winterfest music festival on Friday, February 3, through Sunday, February 5 at the Elks lodge at 260 Washington Street. The two featured bands are the Hickory Project and Dan Paisley and the Southern Grass, both of which will perform both Saturday and Sunday at the Elks Lodge. |

Locally featured artist shows off his stuff at Sundance PARK CITY, UT—A custom-made snowboard designed by Roberto Rabanne, a featured artist at the Sidedoor Gallery in Bethel, was auctioned off at The Art is In Contemporary Art Gallery at 333 Main Street in Park City, UT during the Sundance Festival for $50,000. Proceeds will support two films being developed by the Salt Lake City Film Center. Rabanne’s “Objects of Desire” collection, a line of high-tech snowboards sporting his celebrity-inspired images, was displayed throughout the festival at the same venue. |
