Small artworks sought

NARROWSBURG, NY — The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance is calling for entries for “Art in Sixes,” the first annual year-end juried small works show. The exhibition will held in the Delaware Arts Center’s main gallery from November 12 to December 22, coinciding with the “Valley Artists Holiday Show and Sale.” All works should be for sale.

As the title “Art in Sixes” suggests, works can be no larger than six inches in any direction, not including frame. Works are limited to original, one-of-a kind drawings, paintings, monotypes or sculptures. Artists can drop off their submissions at the Delaware Arts Center, 37 Main Street, from Thursday, October 27 through Saturday, October 29, 2005, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Each piece should be accompanied by a tag with the artist’s name, phone number and/or e-mail address, along with the title of the work, medium and selling price.
