Wesely will appear from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on August 16 at the Jeffersonville branch of the Western Sullivan Public Library at 19 Center Street, on August 23 at the Tusten-Cochecton branch at 198 Bridge Street in Narrowsburg and on August 30 at the Delaware Free Branch on 45 Lower Main Street in Callicoon. On Wednesday, August 24, Wesely will appear at 7 p.m. at the Carriage House at Lacawac Sanctuary.

Wesely directs the Butterfly Barn nature center in Milanville PA, where, with the help of local children, he runs a program to conserve monarch butterflies. Each year the center rescues monarch eggs and caterpillars from threatened milkweed patches and rears and releases about 450 monarchs. The center also operates a monarch website, maintains a butterfly garden and tags migrating monarchs in the autumn.
