Hike the Appalachian Trail with Pinchot Audubon

MILFORD, PA — The Gifford Pinchot Audubon Society plans a nine-mile hike along the Appalachian Trail at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 20.

Participants will meet at the Stokes State Forest parking lot on Route 206, Sandyston Township, NJ, and carpool to the Deckertown Turnpike Appalachian Trail parking lot. The somewhat strenuous hike will go from Deckertown Turnpike back to Culver Gap on Route 206. Hikers will hike over Sunrise Mountain and visit the Culver fire tower.
