Llamas and rabbits and pigs, oh my

GRAHAMSVILLE, NY — Youths who have been working on 4-H projects all year long will have the opportunity to exhibit them at the Grahamsville fairgrounds on August 17 through 21 at the Sullivan County Youth Fair, which is held each year simultaneiously with the Grahamsville Little World’s Fair.

All who enter a project, animal science or still exhibit receive Danish Ribbons and trophies. Included in the exhibits will be cows and calves, pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, horses, chickens and even a llama. In addition to the animal shows, this year 4-H youth will be selling select animals in the first 4-H livestock auction, to be held on Sunday, August 21 at 1:00 p.m. in the 4-H livestock barn. The fourth annual 4-H Pie Auction will be held on Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. in the 4-H youth building.
