LACKAWAXEN, PA — Nick D’Andrea, a representative for Woodloch Pines, presented plans to build 14 new houses at the July 20 Lackawaxen Township Supervisors’ meeting.

D’Andrea, accompanied by his engineer, said he was seeking consensual approval from the supervisors before he submits plans to the township’s planning commission.

The proposed development of houses, ranging from 2,200 to 4,000 square feet, is located near Moss Creek. The new sites, valued between $100 and $150 thousand, would be linked to central water and sewage systems. Woodloch Pines plans to sell the homes to family members and friends of the family.
