Folk songs with David Wolf and open mic

David Wolf, accomplished author, poet and folksinger, will sing some of his own lyrics as well as a few familiar tunes by noted musicians such as Bob Dylan and Cat Stevens at the Wayne County Arts Alliances final spring Literary Arts Evening. One hour of open mic is scheduled and anyone who has written a poem, short story or other creative text will have up to 10 minutes to share work.

At first, it may be difficult to fully understand the genius of Christopher Nolans Batman Begins, simply because of the weighty reputation that precedes it. But when all is said and done, it captures the very essence of Batman—all of the apprehension and the intimidation that made him such an intriguing character in the first place—something that not even its namesake comics have always been able to tap.
