Scenes from Cobalt Blues

BETHEL, NY — The collaboration of Beach Lake, PA photographer John Rocklin, performing arts technician Zoot and scenic artist Rachel Keebler led to a successful Cobalt Blues Concert. The third annual festival was held June 19 at Cobalt Studios. The photographs were taken by Rocklin at the concert.
