Bradstan opens Inn Cabaret series

Natalie Douglas, the four-time winner of the Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs MAC Award for Outstanding Female Jazz Vocalist, will make her debut in the Nancy LaMott Room. Douglas appearance marks the opening of the critically acclaimed Inn Cabaret series for 2005.
Originally from the Los Angeles area, Douglas has performed in most of the top cabaret and jazz venues throughout this country and Europe. Her mix of jazz, blues, standards and contemporary country music has resulted in her own unique sound. Her style and talent has earned her numerous nominations, awards and rave reviews over the last several years. Douglas has recorded two solo CDs. Not So Different was nominated for the 2000 MAC Award for Outstanding Recording, and her latest, To Nina…Live at Birdland, is a tribute to legendary jazz and blues performer Nina Simone.
