Milford Music Festival fans out through town

June 10, 11 and 12. Free. Ann Street Park, Milford, PA. 570/656-0221.

The Milford Music Festival has expanded its format this year to spread music all over town. In addition to main stage acts in Ann Street Park, performances at outdoor venues like Grey Towers National Historic Landmark will take place Saturday and Sunday afternoon, and art galleries, restaurants and taverns have booked their own entertainment. All shows are listed on the festival schedule. In addition to world-class performances on the main stage, the festival offers opportunities to explore Milford while hearing blues, jazz, rock, folk, bluegrass and classical music all over town. Festival Co-Chairman John Curtin’s must-see performances include the Dixie Devils, Chris Brown Duo, Causeway, Tainted Values, Hemenway, Sean Sullivan Experience and Feygelson terMeulen Duo.

The festival’s mission is to educate and expose members of the community to a broad base of music, involve people from the community, encourage participation by local businesses and emphasize promising local talent. A festival map and schedule is available at www.milfordmusic.org.
