Explore the fall forest

MILANVILLE, PA —The Delaware Highlands Conservancy will be hosting a free forest stroll with Naturalist Ed Wesely on Saturday, October 9 at 10:00 a.m. Learn about how the forest transitions and plants and animals prepare for the coming winter months.

Wesely will lead participants along the trail, pointing out less apparent signs of transition along the forest floor. Participants should dress in warm clothing and bring water and binoculars.

Meet at the Delaware Highlands Conservancy Butterfly Barn Nature Center in Milanville at 9:45 a.m. to carpool to the Damascus Township Forest.
