Hawley falls for antiques and trains

HAWLEY, PA—Hawley welcomes the fall season with the 18th annual Hawley Fall Foliage Antique Show & Sale on October 8, 9, and 10. The fire department’s semi-annual train show and sale will be held on October 9.

The antiques show and sale will featuring examples of some of America’s finest Brillaint Period cut glass; vintage clothes and textiles; fine porcelain and pottery; jewelry; books, advertising, and paper items; furniture from various periods in a variety of styles and woods; paintings and prints; and more. The event will take place at the Ritz Theatre on Keystone Street.

The Lakeville stage has ‘Something to Hide’

LAKEVILLE, PA—The Lakeside Players are scheduled to perform “Something to Hide” on Friday, October 8, at the Lakeville Community Hall on Route 590. The show continues through October with performances on the 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, and 24, with Friday and Saturday performances at 7:30 p.m. and one Sunday matinee at 3 p.m. All tickets are $10.00.
