JEFFERSONVILLE, NY—Eldred’s coach Frank Schorling wasn’t a happy camper as he got out of his car to join his team for a non-league meet against Sullivan West.

True, division rival Livingston Manor (0-3) was going to be there, but the Yellowjackets had just beaten them and Monticello the day before. Two days later, Eldred would have to be in Grahamsville for the Tri-Valley relays, and Schorling felt like the schedule was a bit much.
