Learn greenhouse secrets at seminar

NANTICOKE, PA — The 2003 Northeast Greenhouse Growers Seminar will be held on Wednesday, November 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Luzerne County Community College Conference Center.

Speakers will include commercial growers, Pennsylvania State University faculty, PA Department of Agriculture staff and product suppliers. Seminar topics will include greenhouse pest identification and management, using the right soil mix, the Gardeners’ Select Program and breeding new plant varieties. Exhibitors will display their companies’ products.
