MONTICELLO, NY — Linda Cellini, executive director of Sullivan County United Way is pictured October 16 with Sullivan County Legislative chair Leni Binder as Cellini recognized the county and many associated social service and mental health agencies for their help in implementing Sullivan’s Project Liberty program for counseling following the World Trade Center attack.
