Woodloch properties growing again

By DAVID HULSE

LACKAWAXEN, PA — With their 402-lot Woodloch Springs project all but built, the proprietors of Woodloch Pines are looking at a new 21-lot subdivision, which is being designed to appeal to fitness-minded and environmentally conscious clientele.

Engineer Craig McGinnis and attorney Joe Kameen gave the Lackawaxen supervisors a sneak peak last week at Woodloch’s latest venture, The Reserve at Woodloch.

Although not presented as one, the reserve is a conservation subdivision, with clustered homes around cul-de-sacs and minimal ground disturbance.

Storm water is to be handled in an environmentally friendly way. Each lot will have a storm water garden, a saucer shaped collection basin, which will also be planted.
