Pike County in 2003

MILFORD, PA — Pike County planners will conduct a study in 2003 with area hospitals on the health needs of residents.

The study will be conducted by the county and Bon Secours Hospital in Port Jervis, NY, Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, PA, and Newton Memorial Hospital in Newton, NJ. Each hospital has a satellite facility in the county.

The aim of the study is to find out what services are presently being provided for residents and what other services will be needed in the future.

Pike County does not have a hospital located in the county.
