Clarification

The $75/sq. ft. building costs referred to by Michael Chojnicki in the story entitled “Not enough houses, not enough builders” in the Summer edition of Today’s Business referred to building costs 15 years ago. A mid-range custom home costs approximately $125/ sq. ft. to build.
