Smoke out MONTICELLO — Sullivan County Legislative chair Rusty Pomeroy is pictured presenting a proclamation to Jaye Johnson, coordinator of the Sullivan County Tobacco Free Coalition, certifying county participation in the May 31 “World No Tobacco Day” (WNTD). Since 1988, the World Health Organization has sponsored WNTD to highlight the impact of tobacco use on public health and help reduce individual use.
