Living Country Home has new location

HONESDALE — The home, garden and antique
store with the country look has moved to a new location
on Main Street in Honesdale.
The Living Country Home, owned and
operated by Sandra Neil Wallace, can now be found
at 817 Main Street across from the post office.
With the new location, the store is
now expanded to 1,500 square feet.
The store specializes in antiques and
home décor with a country flavor. There’s a shabby
chic section, American farm homes section, garden
furniture section and a Victorian section.
Specialty foods by Stonewall Kitchen
Foods offers horseradish mustard, Maine maple mustard,
roasted garlic peanut sauce, Vidalia onion fig sauce
and assorted jellies.
Old farm tables, iron post beds and
other farm curios line the walls.
“Someone called us an antique boutique
and I think that’s right,” Neil Wallace said.
Store spring hours are: 11:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
on Sundays. The store is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Summer hours are: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays
and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sundays. The store
will be closed on Tuesdays.
