A clean sweep weekend BARRYVILLE — Town of Highland Highway worker Tom Stewart and Supervisor Allan Schadt are pictured helping residents unload debris near the county transfer station May 11 during the town’s spring rubbish cleanup day. The cleanup day, allowing residents free dumping, was one of several around the county this weekend, scheduled to coincide with the county-wide annual Litterpluck, volunteer highway roadside cleanup program.
