Art for EagleFest NARROWSBURG — Sullivan West/Narrowsburg art teacher Bobbie Allees executes a window painting designed by her students in preparation for the Narrowsburg EagleFest. Planned for Saturday, February 16, the day will feature demonstrations, lectures and eagle watching in various locations near Main Street, Narrowsburg from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For more information call 845/252-7409.
