Delaware meeting postponed Councilman Arnold Baum hospitalized By TOM KANE HORTONVILLE — The Town of Delaware Board postponed its November 21st meeting because of the sudden illness of Councilman Arnold Baum. The meeting is rescheduled for Wednesday, November 28. at 7:00 p.m. Baum, who went to the doctor for a routine checkup, was taken to the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA last week, where a heart by-pass operation was performed. After he returned home a few days ago, his doctors decided that he should return to the hospital again for more treatment.
