Security measures at the reservoirs GRAHAMSVILLE — In light of last week’s terrorism in New York City, city Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) officials suspended all recreational use of city water supply reservoirs and increased patrol activities around them. This sign was posted at a highway pullout on the Sullivan-Ulster border on the Rondout Reservoir.
