Fair day for a find and a fine day for a fair

BARRYVILLE — Pictured bargain hunters and browsers were out in multitudes July 7, lured by the “half-mile-long flea market” promised at the eighth annual River Road Fair. Vendors and residents at many of the historic homes along the road participated and did well. “It’s been great. We made about $200… just stuff out of the garage,” said resident Geri Quinn.
