Narrowsburg beautification kicks off campaign with Litterpluck

NARROWSBURG — Join in the fun with the Narrowsburg Beautification program and participate in the county-wide Litterpluck on  May 5. As a preamble to its summer project of landscaping the municipal parking lot and generally sprucing up the town, the Narrowsburg beautification group has planned a fun-filled all-generation cleanup day.

Groups will assemble in the front of the Tusten-Cochecton Branch of the Sullivan West Library beginning at 9:00 a.m. Armed with official Litterpluck bags the groups will hit the triangle of Bridge Street, Route 97 and Kirk Road. The day will conclude at Narrowsburg Methodist Church with a barbecue and awards ceremony at 3:00 p.m..
