Jocelyne Castellano case dismissed

By TOM KANE

LIBERTY — Jocelyne Castellano, wife of the much-litigated actor Richard Castellano, had a misdemeanor charge against her adjourned in contemplation of dismissal by the Village of Liberty Court last week.

Castellano was charged with aggravated harassment when she allegedly threatened attorney Deb Ireland last December. Ireland has been attempting to collect on a small claims court judgment against Richard from the Town of Tusten Court.

“It means that the charge will be dismissed six months from now if Jocelyne isn’t arrested for anything else,” said her lawyer, Jeffrey Schwartz of New York City. Schwartz also has represented Richard in his recent court appearances.
