What a ride

By SANDRA DECKELMAN

OBERNBURG — An ice build-up along County Road 95, near The Little Texas Ranch and the United States Post Office in Obernburg, caused this 1988 Chevrolet pick-up truck to careen out of control, cross the yellow line, hit a three-foot snow bank and flip onto its passenger side. The one-car accident occurred at approximately 8:00 a.m., on March 16. Medical assistance was not required by the driver, who was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the accident. Upper Delaware Ambulance Corp, North Branch Fire Department, Hankins/Fremont Center Fire Police and the state police responded. No tickets were issued. The driver requested not to be identified.
