YULAN - Amid other just-installed officers of the newly created Cardinal John O'Connor Council of the Knights of Columbus (K of C), Grand Knight George Fedurko, left, and Deputy Grand Knight Richard Quinn are pictured holding the council charter which was delivered to them Sunday by New York K of C State Deputy Anthony Mangione, at Quinn's left, during Sunday ceremonies at St. Anthony's R.C. Church.

The new council has some 31 founding members, including some 15 members of the Order of St. John in Shohola. The K of C is a service organization devoted to church related functions and civic activities.
