JEFFERSONVILLE - On Friday, October 20 from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. the Sullivan West High School Participation in Government senior class will hold a political debate in the library on the Jeffersonville campus.

Students have invited county- and state-level candidates and representatives from the Democratic, Republican, Green and Conservative parties. Representing the county are Olga Parrlow and Chris Cunningham running for county treasurer. State assemblyman Jake Gunther and opponent William Brenner will also speak.

The public is invited. Refreshments will be served 15 minutes prior to the debate.
