NARROWSBURG - The Upper Delaware Writers Collective celebrated the publication of "Gatherings," an anthology of their recent work, with a reading held upstairs at the Delaware Valley Arts Center last Saturday evening. The chapbook was published with the help of a New York State Council on the Arts grant, administered in Sullivan County by the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance.
