NARROWSBURG - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and New York State Emergency Management Organization (SEMO) officials met with the Town of Tusten Supervisor Dick Crandall, Highway Superintendent Skip Feagles, town consultant engineer Robert Meyer and Lori and Michael Scardino about Trained Hair located on 5th Street. The bank beneath the renovated caboose was eroded in last weekend's storm. Scardino said the caboose would be moved to solid ground and her shop would be reopened soon.
