MONTICELLO -- Excavation equipment and stockpiled parts lined the muddy Government Drive approach to the Sullivan County Government Center last week as the installation of new sidewalks, parking areas and outdoor lighting continued. County employees and center visitors will likely be scurrying to find other parking and dry footing for several months, as the work is scheduled to continue throughout most of the summer.
