SURVEY SAYS...

WORLD WIDE - Last week we asked what you thought about the new possible casino deal at Kutsher's Country Club in Monticello. According to the ongoing River Reporter Online poll results 30.77 percent of respondents expressed a tentative sentiment that it could work out. 26.92 percent thought it was a terrible idea with the original Monticello Raceway proposal being better. 19.23 percent think it is a much better idea than the raceway idea. 15.38 percent feel that there's no way gambling is a good thing. Finally, 7.69 percent feel that it will never happen.

This week's question is do you feel that the recent dressing-up of the statues outside of St. Francis Xavier Church in Narrowsburg are hate crimes? Tell the world what you think at www.riverreporter.com.
