Honesdale Halloween Parade

Thursday, (Rain date October 26). Parade starts at 7pm and runs from 4th to 10th Streets, ending in Central Park. Cider & Donuts will be served at the park. More information and application to participate in the parade at http://honesdalejaycees.org
