Christopher G. Duda

Christopher G. Duda of Milanville, PA, a lifetime resident of the area, died unexpectedly on Monday, November 5, 2012 at home. He was 36.

Funeral services were held on Friday night, November 9, 2012 at the Rasmussen Funeral Home, Narrowsburg, NY.

Cremation followed at Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA.

Alfred Anderson

Alfred Anderson, “Papa,” of North Branch, NY, joined his school sweetheart and wife of 70 years, Georgia, (who predeceased him January 9, 2006) on November 5, 2012. He was 93.

Funeral services will be private.

Arrangements are under the direction of the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home of Monticello, NY.

Dawn M. Coffey

Dawn M. Coffey of Pond Eddy, NY, died Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Bon Secours Community Hospital. She was 52.

A memorial service will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Cremation will be at H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg, PA.

Richard Laput

Richard Laput, a lifelong resident of Middletown, NY, died on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 54.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, November 10 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 90 Euclid Avenue, Middletown, NY. Fr. Sunny Jon officiated. Cremation will follow with a burial of cremains at St. Ann’s Cemetery in Shohola, PA, to be scheduled at a later date.

Warren J. Brown

Warren J. Brown of Warner Robins, GA and Cochecton, NY, answered his last call on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. He was 76.

A celebration of his life will occur on July 15, 2013 near his longtime residence in Islip, NY.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that remembrances be made to either Hospice Care Options, 136 Hospital Dr., Warner Robins, GA or to The American Cancer Society.

Helen Rose Schmalbach Kutschera

Helen Rose Schmalbach Kutschera of Callicoon, NY, a 73-year resident of Sullivan County, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2012 after a brief illness at Catskill Regional Medical Center Skilled Nursing Unit, Harris, NY. She was 93.

In lieu of flowers, send donations to the Jeffersonville Public Library, Jeffersonville Ambulance Corps, or the Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org).

A memorial service will be held in the spring to honor Helen’s life.

Muryle Napolitano

Muryle Napolitano, of Shohola, PA, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis, NY. She was 85.

A Mass of the Christian burial was celebrated on Wednesday, November 14 in St. Joseph Church, Middletown, NY with interment following in St. Joseph Cemetery, Middletown, NY.
