Investigations on Hurd Road outside Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center were conducted during the Phish concert by associates of the Troop F Underage Drinker Interdiction.
Several persons under 21 years of age were issued tickets for Possession of Alcoholic Beverages. The persons will have to appear June 13 in the town of Bethel court.
Andrew C. Usher, age 22, of North Haven, CT was arrested with a class D Felony for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree Ketamine. As well as a Class A Misd. for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, he violated the Public Health Law for Schedule drugs outside original prescription container and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
Usher was arraigned before acting T/Liberty Justice Michael McGuire and he was sent to Sullivan County jail and is set to reappear T/Liberty court May 31, 2011.
