Henry C. Schnetzler of Narrowsburg, NY a retired mechanic from Narrowsburg Motors, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2012. He was 65. The son of the late William and Anna Branat Schnetzler , he was born December 10, 1946, in Brooklyn, NY.

Henry served in US Navy and served on the USS Ling, USS Seacat and the USS Dogfish.

He was a Dolphin the US Navy.

Survivors include his wife Janet Gilson Reiser Schnetzler, his six adopted children, his brothers Donald Schnetzler and his wife Linda of Arizona, and Kenneth Schnetzler and his wife Linda of New York City his six adopted children, three stepchildren. Sister in law Jean Bodens of Narrowsburg, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by 1 stepchild.

Memorial visitation will be held April 2, 2012 from 2:00Pm to 4:00Pm at the Rasmussen Funeral Home, 90 Main St. Narrowsburg, NY 12764 Memorial Service will follow at 4:00PM

Burial of the cremains will be in the spring.
