State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Ty Perry, age 18, of Kerhonkson, NY for Grand Larceny 4th, a Felony.

On September 17th, 2015 the New York State Police at Ellenville received a report of a larceny to a residence involving the theft of a 12 Gauge Shotgun. Investigation revealed that Perry sold the shotgun to a third party who did not realize it was stolen. State Police investigators were able to recover the shotgun from that person and subsequently arrested Ty Perry.

Perry was processed at the State Police at Ellenville and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Rochester Court on November 24th, 2015 at 6:00pm.
