On June 22, 2015 it was reported to State Police that a home on Aden Hill Rd in Parksville had been broken into. The homeowner reported that the house had been broken into twice, with liquor being stolen each time. After the first instance, the homeowner installed a hidden camera that captured images of the suspect during the second break-in. From the video, Troopers were able identify Robert Blomkvist, age 34 of Parksville. Blomkvist was located at his residence and taken into custody.
Blomkvist was charged with two counts of Burglary 2nd Degree, felonies. He was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of bail.
