RALPH PAUL BOEHMER, age 34, of Waymart, PA was sentenced, in two separate cases, to a State Correctional Institution for a period of not less than 18 months nor more than 84 months for one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree, one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree, and one count of Disorderly Conduct, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $122,959.82 with co-defendants, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay for the cost. The incidents occurred on August 19, 2013 and March 8, 2014, in numerous areas of Pennsylvania.

CHARLES M. REESER, age 58, of Tobyhanna, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 48 hours nor more than 6 months, for one count of Driving Under Influence of Alcohol, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, participate in a drug and alcohol addiction treatment program, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and complete 50 hours of community service. The incident occurred on March 30, 2014, in Hawley Borough, PA. His BAC was .130%.

BRANDY M. SANDERS, age 29, of Damascus, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more than 12 months for one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $2,194.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations, and obtain a mental health evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations. The incident occurred on February 8, 2015 in Texas Township, PA.

KATLYN K. DOLPH, age 22, of Waymart, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 6 months nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Statutory Sexual Assault, graded as a Felony of the 2nd Degree. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, no contact with the victim, no unsupervised contact with any child under age 18 unless approved by probation officer, undergo a sex offender evaluation while incarcerated and comply with all recommendations for treatment, advise probation officer of having computer or having access to a computer and if it has internet service, and shall notify probation officer within 72 hours of purchasing or acquiring any computer, not allowed to access any pornographic sites or materials via a computer or the internet or utilize the internet to engage in relationships and /or conversations with minors, or have contact through any internet medium with the victim(s), provide probation officer unlimited access to any computer or other wireless/electronic device in your possession and allow your probation officer to search all programs and records maintained on any computer or such other device in your possession, no possession of pornographic materials, shall not enter adult bookstores, massage parlors, exotic dance establishments, or any establishment whose primary function is the sale, rental, or display of any sexual explicit materials, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and submit to a DNA sample and pay for the cost.

CHRISTOPHER K. BREIDENSTEIN, age 31, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to probation for a period of not less than 60 months for one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, pay restitution in the amount of $10,300.00, and perform 75 hours of community service. The incident occurred between September 2013 to June 2014, in Honesdale Borough, PA.

DANIEL W. PARISIO, age 22, of Carbondale, PA, was sentenced to probation for a period of not less than 12 months for one count of Theft of Services-Acquisition of Services, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $216.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations, perform 50 hours of community service, and obtain employment. The incident occurred on January 3, 2014, in Scott Township, PA.

JULIA DRONGOSKI, age 39, of Beach Lake, PA, was sentenced to probation for a period of not less than 12 months, for one count of Disorderly Conduct, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, obtain a mental health evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations, and obtain employment. The incident occurred on October 15, 2013, in Honesdale Borough, PA.

CHRISTOPHER E. SWEENEY, age 38, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to probation for a period of 6 months for one count of Resisting Arrest or Other Law Enforcement, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree and one count of Obstructing Highways & Other Public Passages, graded as a Summary. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $100.00, and to continue with mental health treatment and comply with all recommendations.
