Roscoe Troopers conducted a traffic stop in Livingston Manor on Wednesday night. Upon interview of the driver, Frank Zayas, of Livingston Manor, it was discovered Zayas had a suspended driver’s license and was intoxicated.
After conducting a further investigation Troopers also found that Zayas had Marihuana in his vehicle. Zayas was arrested and transported to SP Liberty where he was charged with Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Zayas was arraigned in Town of Rockland court
